Returns

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@cattyrelax.com

Once we verify the issue, we will provide a full refund to your original payment method. Depending on the circumstances, we may also request additional information or photos to process your claim.

Non-Returnable Items

All items are considered non-returnable unless they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.

This includes sale items, gift cards, custom products, personalized items, perishable goods, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases.

Exchanges
